Acoustic felt walls, sound-insulating glass and a sealed door cut outside noise by roughly 30 dB, so a toast sounds like a toast — not a bar.

Local, and easy on your coordinator

We’re based in Hutto, just north of Austin, so we arrive early, roll the pod into place on hidden casters, plug into one standard outlet and test everything before cocktail hour. No travel fee anywhere in the Austin area.

Downtown and South Congress hotels, East Austin event spaces, Lake Travis and Westlake, and Hill Country venues in Dripping Springs, Driftwood, Wimberley, Spicewood, Marble Falls, Georgetown, Round Rock and Salado. If your venue has a door at least about 3 ft wide and an outlet nearby, we can make it work.

Austin wedding questions

Can the pod go in a Hill Country barn or outdoor tent?

Yes, as long as it’s on a reasonably level, covered surface with power nearby. We’ll talk through the layout with you and your venue.

Do you work with Austin wedding planners and venues?

Yes — we coordinate load-in times and placement directly with your planner or venue coordinator.

Do you charge travel to Austin?

No. Austin and the surrounding area — Round Rock, Georgetown, Hutto, Pflugerville, Cedar Park, Leander, Kyle, Buda and Dripping Springs — are included in every package.

How much space does the pod need?

About a 4 × 4 ft spot for the Solo Pod or 6 × 6 ft for the Duo, roughly 8 ft of ceiling height and one standard outlet.
